An active user is defined as a licensed user with an associated mailbox in either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Zygon calculates your total number of active users by querying the Microsoft Graph API or Google Workspace API.
If the number of active users exceeds your contract limit, we will adjust the limit prior to the contract anniversary date unless there is a significant increase in the number of active users.
We only provide an annual billing option. Should you decide to discontinue using Zygon, your subscription will expire at the end of the contracted period and will not renew automatically.
